As I work one to one with pets throughout the day, I am usually unable to answer calls or respond to messages immediately.
Response time: 1 to 2 working days.
Please avoid sending multiple enquiries through different channels as this can slow response times. If you have not received a reply after 2 working days, please check your junk folder and then get back in touch.
To help me provide accurate advice, please include as much information as possible, including your pet’s breed, age, coat type and the service required.
